Dismissal of the Minister of Education: grounds and procedure

Today I read the news that the Verkhovna Rada may consider the dismissal of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovyi, but there are no details about the reasons yet. I'm wondering: are there any clearly defined grounds or procedures for dismissing a minister from office, or can deputies simply dismiss him without explaining their motives?
