Search of a lawyer: is the presence of the council mandatory?

Please tell me, if I, as a lawyer, am suddenly searched, is it really mandatory for a representative of the bar council to be present during such a search? And if I myself do not want this presence or refuse it, can investigators conduct the search without the council, or is it still a violation of the law?
