Possible changes in special pensions for prosecutors

I read that the Verkhovna Rada is currently considering a bill to abolish or limit special pensions for prosecutors, and there are recommendations for the retirement age and calculation to be the same for everyone. I am interested: if this law is adopted, will prosecutors who have already retired under the old rules be deprived of their increased pensions, or will these changes only apply to future pensioners?
