Using 1000 UAH of "Winter Support" via Ukrposhta

I applied for 1000 Hryvnias of winter assistance through Ukrposhta and see that the Cabinet of Ministers has now extended the period for using these funds until the end of February 2026 for everyone. I'm curious: if I don't manage to spend this money by February 29, 2026, what will happen to this payment then? Will I be able to use it in some way or get it back later, or will the funds simply be cancelled? I want to know in advance so as not to lose anything.
