Europrotocol via Diia: how liability will work

I saw the news that from 2026, road accidents can be processed via the Diia application, even without police and paperwork. But I'm interested in what will happen if the data in the protocol still turns out to be incorrect, or if the participants don't agree on the information with each other? Won't there be problems with insurance payouts in such a case, and how would one prove or correct this then?
