Compensation for damages caused by a drone hitting a house

News reports state that a drone hit a private house in a village near Lviv, damaging the roof and living quarters, even though there was no air raid alert. The police are currently investigating the incident as an attempted crime. I am interested to know, if I find myself in a similar situation and my house is damaged by a drone, can I demand compensation for the incurred damage, and who should actually cover such losses? What documents or procedures are required for this?
