Start of the appeal period in the e-court

I would like to clarify, if a court decision appeared in my electronic cabinet in the 'E-court' system, but I did not receive an email notification about it, from what date does the 30-day period for appellate appeal begin for me? Do I really have to regularly check my electronic cabinet myself, and is the untimely filing of an appeal due to not seeing the decision immediately considered solely my responsibility?

The period for appeal begins from the date the court sends a copy of the court decision to the participants of the case in their electronic cabinets in the "Electronic Court" system, and not from the date of receiving an e-mail notification, because it is in the cabinet that you are considered duly notified, and checking the cabinet is your responsibility. If you miss the deadline due to not checking the cabinet, the court may refuse to reinstate the period, although there are exceptions (valid reasons) that are considered in court.
