Elections during martial law: is it possible?

I saw news that the president called for the development of legislative mechanisms for holding elections during the war. International partners are also interested in this issue. I am concerned: does our legislation generally allow the organization and conduct of elections during martial law, and what could be the legal consequences of such a decision for us, ordinary citizens?
