Changes in booking rules for enterprises

I read that the government introduced new regulations and accelerated booking procedures for critical enterprises, and also changed the terms, limits, and grounds for canceling deferrals. I am interested, if I work at such an enterprise, how exactly these changes might affect the possibility of obtaining a deferment from mobilization? Can I lose an already granted deferment due to the new rules?
