Upgrading forensic equipment during wartime

I read that our forensic experts work in very difficult conditions and they are critically short of modern equipment, especially during wartime. If due to the lack of new equipment the examination is not carried out qualitatively or on time, can such a forensic examination conclusion be appealed in court? And in general, what consequences can there be for the participants in the case if the expert conclusions are incomplete due to technical limitations?
