EU sanctions against Russia's 'shadow fleet': how this affects Ukrainians

I read the news that the European Union expanded sanctions against Russia, including a number of individuals and 43 vessels of the so-called 'shadow fleet'. I am interested, can these sanctions in any way affect ordinary Ukrainians? For example, if any Ukrainian companies or citizens previously had dealings with these vessels or individuals, are there any legal consequences or risks for such cooperations in the future?
