Legal validity of Reserv ID with and without photo

I saw news that the owner's photo is now displayed in the electronic document Reserv+ if there is a biometric passport, but the Ministry of Defense says that Reserv ID without a photo has the same legal validity as with a photo. I don't have a biometric passport, so my photo won't appear in the app. Please tell me, will there be any problems when checking my Reserv ID without a photo by state bodies or at checkpoints? Will documents without a photo definitely be accepted the same way as with a photo?
