Responsibility for resistance during TCC notification

I watched the news about an incident in Lviv region, where a man attacked employees of the territorial recruitment center during notification, and even injured one of them. I am interested in what specific responsibility is provided by Ukrainian legislation for such actions – if a person offers physical resistance or attacks TCC employees while they are performing their official duties? Is this always considered a criminal offense, or are there circumstances that can mitigate the punishment?

In case of an attack on representatives of TCC, or NPU employees, most pre-trial investigation bodies are guided by two articles: * Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (resistance to a representative of authority, a law enforcement officer, a serviceman). * Art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code (obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations). In addition, for assault, inflicting injuries, dousing with brilliant green, throwing tomatoes at TCC representatives, citizens may be held accountable under the following articles of the Administrative Code: 1. Article 173 of the CUoAP. Petty hooliganism – a fine of up to UAH 119, community service for a period of 40 to 60 hours, or correctional labor for a period of 1 to 2 months with a deduction of 20% of earnings, or administrative arrest for a period of up to 15 days. 2. Article 173-1 of the CUoAP. Spreading false rumors – a fine of up to UAH 255 or correctional labor for a period of up to 1 month with a deduction of 20% of earnings. 3. Article 185 of the CUoAP. Malicious disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer, a member of a public formation for the protection of public order and the state border, a serviceman – a fine of up to UAH 255, community service for a period of 40 to 60 hours, correctional labor for a period of 1 to 2 months with a deduction of 20% of earnings, or administrative arrest for a period of up to 15 days. 4. Article 185-7 of the CUoAP. Public calls for non-compliance with the demands of a police officer or an official of the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine – a fine of up to UAH 340 or correctional labor for a period of 1 to 2 months with a deduction of 20% of earnings. In case of bodily harm of varying degrees of severity, offenders may face up to 10 years of imprisonment.
