Non-compliance with the Ukraine Facility Plan and the risk of losing funding

I am constantly reading news about critical delays in the implementation of the Plan for the Ukraine Facility mechanism, and that Ukraine may lose billions of euros in EU aid due to unfulfilled indicators. I am interested in what consequences this may have for the country and whether there are any legal chances or mechanisms to rectify the situation and still receive this funding if deadlines have already been missed?
