How will the updated social system affect payments?

I read that they plan to reform the social system and separate over 180 different payments from the subsistence minimum, as well as change the methodology for its calculation. I am interested in how these changes might affect the amount and procedure for assigning social benefits that I or my family currently receive? Could our payments decrease or become unavailable due to this?
