Death Penalty in Other Countries and its Prohibition in Ukraine

I recently read news about the execution of criminals in the state of Florida (USA), where the death penalty is still applied. In Ukraine, however, I know that the death penalty is prohibited. I wonder if it is possible to extradite a person from Ukraine to the USA if they face the death penalty there, and what Ukrainian legislation provides for in such cases? Can our country extradite a person to a state where they are genuinely threatened with the death penalty?
