I read about this so-called 'toilet scheme,' where buildings were registered under straw persons, and then through technical passports and registration of ownership rights for these buildings, attempts were made to obtain land in Kyiv under these 'structures.' Also, judging by the news, bribes might have been paid to cover up this manipulation. I'm curious: if, for example, someone illegally registered a structure on my plot or nearby in this way and claims the land, how can I prove that it is fraud, and what responsibility do the organizers of such schemes actually bear in our country?
