ePermit and declaration of conformity in Diia

I heard that it is now possible to submit a declaration of conformity of the material and technical base for business through the Diia portal. If I plan to start my own business and use this service, what legal consequences could there be for me if, for example, I make mistakes in filling out such a declaration or fail to submit all the data? Can I correct it later, and what threatens me if information discrepancies are found?

Submitting a declaration of conformity for MTB through Diia simplifies the process, but errors can lead to its return (if the system detects an error) or refusal of registration (if non-conformity is found), which necessitates resubmission; administrative responsibility (fines) is threatened for false data, and the Diia system has built-in checks that minimize errors, but correction is possible by submitting a new declaration, indicating correct data, as this is a declarative principle, not a permit.
