Power outages and my consumer rights

I read that on December 10, power outage schedules should be applied in all regions due to damage to energy facilities. It's understandable that this is due to the war, but I still want to know: if, because of these outages, my household appliances are damaged or working hours are lost, do I have the right to any compensation from the regional power company? How can I protect my interests in such a situation?
