Accountability for evading answers in the TSC

09.12.2025 17:55 • Question

I read that during a meeting of the Temporary Investigative Commission in the Verkhovna Rada, Mykhailo Zhernakov did not provide substantive answers to direct questions regarding the Public Integrity Council and finances, and constantly evaded answering. I am curious if he has a legal right to refuse to answer the commission's questions in such a manner, and if not, what responsibility can a person bear who intentionally evades direct answers or manipulates during TSC hearings?
