Protection of judges' rights and well-being during wartime

I have read that Ukrainian judges are currently working in very difficult conditions due to the war — this includes a lack of resources, risks to physical and psychological safety, and the impact of stress on their work. I am curious if we have real mechanisms that can effectively protect the well-being and independence of judges in such extraordinary circumstances, and how this is reflected in Ukrainian legislation?
