Transfer of territories and laws of Ukraine

I read the news, and a question arises: if Ukraine is required to agree to the transfer of part of its territories to another country to achieve peace, does the state's leadership have the legal right to sign such an agreement at all? Does the Constitution or our other laws allow the surrender of territories, even if it concerns international pressure or peace agreements?
