Mistaken inclusion in the conscript wanted list database

I read that a man was mistakenly added to the database of wanted military personnel due to a bureaucratic error in the conscription registration system. If this happens to me, what are my first steps, how quickly can it be corrected, and will there be any problems in the future with traveling abroad or at work because of such an error?
