Risks of using AI in court documents

I read that abroad lawyers were punished for erroneous references in court documents generated by artificial intelligence and were even forced to reimburse costs. I am interested: if AI is used to prepare court documents here, and this leads to fake or inaccurate references, can I bear any legal responsibility? What are the possible consequences for a lawyer or a party to the case in such a situation under Ukrainian law?
