Compensation for moral damages due to unlawful actions of authorities
I don't quite understand how the final day of the period for which I can be awarded compensation for moral damages is determined if I have suffered from unlawful actions of the police, prosecutor's office, or court. For example, if I was unlawfully detained, and then the case was closed, from what moment to what moment is this damage calculated? And is it true that there are plans to clearly stipulate in law that this will be the day the proceedings are closed or the acquittal verdict comes into force? I am interested to know precisely what I can count on.
