Increase in fuel excises from 2026

I read that from 2026, the excise tax on gasoline, diesel, and autogas will be increased, and fuel prices at gas stations will noticeably rise. Do they have the right to additionally raise fuel excises during the year, or is this already the final decision, and how often can these taxes change in general? It is important for me to understand whether one can hope for price stability, or if the state can once again raise rates without warning.
