Legal regulation of self-decomposing plastic in Ukraine

I've read about a new plastic that can decompose on its own at a specific time and safely disappear from the environment. If such a material is imported or starts to be used here for the production of household items or packaging, are there any laws in Ukraine that regulate this? Is it necessary to obtain special permits or undergo separate certification for such plastic to enter our market?
