Can one be prosecuted for interference with electronic judicial systems?

I read that the new draft Criminal Code of Ukraine proposes punishing for pressure on the court and interference with electronic judicial systems, recognizing this as a crime. I am interested, if, for example, someone gained unauthorized access to the court's electronic system or tried to influence its operation, what could be the consequences under the law? Can this truly lead to criminal liability, and how exactly is it punished?
