Is there protection against stalking in Ukraine?

I read that in South Korea, an app was created that helps victims of stalking see the stalker's location in real-time, and special laws were even mentioned. What about the situation here? Is there any real legislative or technical possibility in Ukraine to protect oneself if someone is stalking you, for example, a former partner? What are my rights and where can I turn in such a situation?
