Manager's responsibility for a fallen tree

Please advise, if a tree fell on my car, which was parked near an apartment building in the adjacent territory, and the car was damaged - who should cover the repair costs? Should the management company or someone else be responsible, and what evidence needs to be collected to prove my claim?
