Permission to access my tax information

I learned that through the Electronic Cabinet, another taxpayer can access my tax information if I agree to it. How can I properly limit the scope of this data, and can I quickly withdraw my consent later if I change my mind? Are there any risks if I accidentally grant broad access, and who monitors to ensure the information is not misused?
