Fines for the incorrect name 'cognac' after 2026

As I understand it, from 2026, our manufacturers will no longer be able to write 'Ukrainian cognac' on bottles and must only use the name 'brandy'. If a company nevertheless continues to produce goods under the old name or fails to change labels by the specified date, what specific sanctions or fines will it face? Are there any other serious consequences besides fines?
