Can robot traffic controllers work on Ukrainian roads?

I read that China has already released a robot traffic controller that monitors traffic and even records traffic violations using cameras and sensors. I became curious: if such technology were to be implemented here, do Ukrainian laws allow the use of robots for traffic regulation and recording violations? Who, in this case, bears responsibility for possible errors of such a robot while operating at intersections or in complex situations?
