Power Outages After Attack: My Rights

Following the latest massive attacks on the energy system, electricity outage schedules are only increasing, and for several days now, we have often been without power for hours. What legislative requirements or rules generally exist for such emergency or planned outages? Do I, as an electricity consumer, have the right to influence this situation in any way or receive compensation if, due to the lack of electricity, equipment broke down or something critical happened for the family?
