Social assistance fraud targeting Ukrainian refugees

I recently read about a scam in the Czech Republic where fraudsters used the personal data of Ukrainian refugee women to claim housing subsidies without their knowledge. I am very concerned whether there is a way to find out if my data has also been used in similar schemes, and what I should do if I suspect that some assistance has been illegally claimed abroad on my behalf?
