Due to the war, I lost all documents that could confirm my family relationship with my deceased mother. The Civil Registry Office says they cannot issue me a duplicate certificate because the archives are destroyed. Can I prove the fact of kinship through court, and what evidence do I need to prepare for such an appeal?
