When will the new gun licensing rules come into effect?

I am engaged in the production and sale of non-military weapons. I read that the Cabinet of Ministers has specified the dates of entry into force of new licensing conditions and that certain provisions will come into force after the end of martial law. Please tell me how I can find out from what point in time I need to comply with these new rules? Is there a way to check which provisions will come into force after the end of martial law, and which ones in the near future?
