How will my salary in court change due to the new law?

I work as a civil servant in the court of first instance and have read about a bill to update the remuneration system, where the salary will be tied to the salary of the judge and different coefficients will be introduced for different levels of courts. I am interested in: if this law is passed, how will my minimum salary for my position be calculated, and will the payments really become more predictable and transparent, and not depend on the discretion of my manager, as was the case before?
