Digitization of work books: possible extension of the deadline

I saw information that due to the war, the deadline for digitizing work records may be extended so as not to lose data on work experience. My question is: if I don't have time to digitize my work record by the new deadline, could there be problems with confirming my experience, for example, for a pension or other social benefits?
