Is it safe to use the Temu app in Ukraine?

I read that a lawsuit was filed in the US against Temu on charges of collecting personal data and even possible spying through the app. This alarmed me because I also use Temu on my smartphone. Tell me, is my personal data protected under Ukrainian law if I use this app? Is there a risk that Temu may collect or transfer my information to third parties without my consent, and how can I protect myself in such a situation?
