Legal status and rights of members of the Veteran's Corps

I have read that a Veteran's Corps is being created for military personnel and veterans to help with adaptation and participate in the country's future. I am interested in whether participation in this corps provides any additional legal rights or guarantees for veterans? For example, will it affect my social status, the ability to receive assistance, or will there be any special benefits? I would like to know what exactly membership in such an organization gives me from a legal point of view.
