Pension contributions abroad and insurance record

I am currently not in Ukraine, but I would like to continue accumulating my insurance record for my future pension. Will I be able to receive a Ukrainian pension in the future if I am currently working and paying contributions in another country, but at the same time voluntarily paying contributions to the Pension Fund of Ukraine online? Will such a record definitely be taken into account when assigning a pension at home, and will any legal problems arise from this?
