Restrictions on positions for people with a second citizenship

As I understand it, the Verkhovna Rada is currently considering a draft law that would prohibit judges, their assistants, and jurors from having citizenship of other countries. I have a question: if a person is already working as a judge or a judge's assistant and has dual citizenship, can they be dismissed for this reason if the law is passed? Or will the restrictions apply only to new candidates for these positions?
