Responsibility for beatings of soldiers in units

I read that some assault units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have revealed cases of beatings of servicemen, illegal deprivation of liberty, and threats. I would like to understand what I can do if I have become a witness or victim of such treatment – where to turn, what are my rights, and how are the perpetrators actually punished in such cases?
