I have repeatedly heard about cases where lawyers may engage in improper conduct, such as bullying or even harassment. If I or someone I know encounters such a situation in Ukraine, where can one file a complaint against a lawyer specifically for this type of behavior? And how realistic is it that the consideration of the complaint will lead to the punishment of such a lawyer?
