Has a new road sign been introduced in the traffic rules?

I saw rumors on social media about some new road sign – a white diamond on a blue background, which supposedly marks a lane for public transport, taxis, electric cars and cars with several passengers. But then I read that the patrol police denied this and said that there are no changes to the traffic rules. Can you explain whether it is true that such a sign does not officially exist, and I cannot be fined if I do not react to such “innovations” that are simply written about on the Internet?
