Effect of a foreign court decision on adoption in Ukraine

I read that a Ukrainian court recognized a ruling by a Polish court regarding the adoption of a child, and this decision came into force in Ukraine. I am interested: if I have already received a decision on the adoption of a child in Poland, what do I need to do for this decision to be officially recognized and effective in the territory of Ukraine? Is there a special procedure or documents that need to be submitted to Ukrainian authorities?
