Fines for non-compliance with quotas for Ukrainian films

I often visit cinemas and am interested in Ukrainian films. Information has now emerged that the government wants to strengthen accountability for non-compliance with quotas for the screening of national films and to establish new sanctions for showing films outside the State Register. I am interested in what specific fines or penalties cinemas or screening organizers may face if they do not comply with these new requirements? Could such changes somehow affect viewers or alter the cinema repertoire?
