Service of foreigners in the AFU: new rules and rights

I heard that foreigners and stateless persons can now sign officer contracts in the Ukrainian army, that the procedures for them have been standardized, and a special check has been introduced. If a foreigner signs such a contract, what rights and guarantees will they have during their service, are they equal to the rights of Ukrainian citizens, and under what conditions can they be discharged from this service?
