Recognition of a foreign adoption decision in Ukraine

I read that if a child was adopted, for example, in Poland, then to obtain Ukrainian documents, recognition of this decision by our court is required. Please tell me, what specific documents need to be collected for a Ukrainian court to recognize the decision of a foreign court on adoption? And could any difficulties arise in this procedure if, for example, all documents for the child have already been issued in Poland, but not yet in Ukraine?
